The application is for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.111/2022 registered under Section 376(2)(n), 376(3) and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2.

After going through the investigation papers and after hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
