This petition takes exception to the order dated 30th October, 2024 passed by the respondent No.1 - the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Amravati Division, Amravati in the proceeding filed by the petitioner in terms of Section 13 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

By the order impugned, the respondent no.1 has directed the petitioner-Bank to produce certain documents on the record of said proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to produce photo-copies of the said documents on record as the petitioner needs those documents for day-to-day administration. 4.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the contesting respondents submits that the original documents would be necessary to decide the proceedings.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed.

i.

On the next date of hearing before the respondent No.1, the petitioner shall submit the photocopies of the documents mentioned in the impugned order on the record of the proceedings in question. ii.

The petitioner shall supply the photo-copies of the said documents to contesting respondents and

shall allow the contesting respondents to verify / inspect the original documents.

iii.

The petitioner shall keep the original documents ready for perusal of the all concerned on every date of hearing of the proceedings in question. 6.

The impugned order shall stand modified to the above extent. The writ petition is disposed. [N.R.BORKAR, J.]
