Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A prayer made in the present petition is to issue direction to the respondents to grant additional amount in favour of the petitioner. When a query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submits that the entire work is over and the maximum amount is disbursed in favour of the petitioner. We fail to see as to how at present, the question of grant of additional amount can be decided by this Court when the work is already completed. Even otherwise, the alleged default in payment has occurred in 2016 and the present petition is filed in 2024. The petition is also hit by delay and laches.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
