The application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, this Court shows disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant as five years small girl is subjected for sexual assault and the statement of the victim is supported by the medical evidence.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.
