As we have observed in our earlier order dated 12.11.2025, a similar application bearing Criminal Application (APL) No. 703/2020 is already filed in this Court and is still pending. This Fact has not been disclosed in the present application. On being confronted, the applicant, appearing in person, seeks permission to withdraw both applications. In that view of the matter, both applications are disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Counsel for the non-applicant No.2 prays for imposition of costs, however, we are not inclined to entertain the request at present. However, we put the applicant on notice that if such exercise is repeated, we will take serious cognizance of this, which would include action under the Contempt of Court Act.
