The appellant has deposited Rs.3,62,110/- under that settlement in the Court. It is also withdrawn by respondent No.1. The order by the Lok-Adalat is silent about withdrawal of the interest. The appellant is consenting for granting permission to respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount of interest. Hence, the order :

Nazar is directed to transfer the amount of interest lying, if any, in the account of respondent No.1 by dispensing with the personal identification. The application is disposed of accordingly.
