We have heard Mr.Rahul Bhangde, Counsel appearing for the Intervenor. 2.

Mr. Paresh Thakur, learned counsel waives notice for the petitioner and Mr. N.S.Rao, learned AGP waives notice for the respondent nos.1 and 2. 3.

Intervenor is claiming to be successful bidder. 4.

The aforesaid factual matter since is not in dispute, the application is allowed. The petitioner to implead the applicant as party-respondent no.3 in the petition. Amendment to be carried forthwith.

Since the Work Order is already issued in favour of the respondent no.3, we grant leave to amend the petition so as enable the petitioner to question the work order. Amended copy of the petition be made available to the counsel for the respondents within a period of two weeks so also the copy of the petition be replaced.

Mr. Rahul Bhangde, learned counsel waives notice for added respondent no.3.
