20th January, 2016 Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the charge-sheet. Seen the injury from the Post-mortem Report.
Looking to the nature of injury caused to the vital part, namely head and the size of the fracture caused to head and the seriousness of the injury, the applicant being forty-five years' old assaulting the deceased old man, I think the trial should be expedited rather than allowing the relief of bail. Hence the following order:-

is rejected.
