This is an Application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

For the reasons disclosed in the Application, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation upon furnishing usual undertaking. However, such withdrawal subject to the conditions incorporated in the judgment impugned. 5.

The Application is disposed of with liberty to move fresh Application, if occasion arises.
