Applicants are seeking two weeks time to deposit the compensation amount. The learned counsel for applicants has brought to the notice of this Court the conditional order, passed by this Court on 17.09.2019, by which earlier extension was granted with a stipulation. Applicants have stated office exigencies as a reason inadvertently occurred for not complying with the said order of this Court.

Applicants undertake to deposit the said amount

Order 1312caf3651.18 within two weeks without fail.

In view of above, applicants are permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of two weeks from today. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
