The learned counsel appearing for applicants would submit that inadvertence mistake as occurred in the prayer clause of the application percolated in order dated 25.09.2024. It is submitted that the correct number of the proceeding before the Trial Court is SCC No. 10358/2018. 3.

In view of above, necessary correction be made in judgment and order dated 25.09.2024.
