DATED : NOVEMBER 29, 2019 Heard Mr.Rai, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Ghurde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the entire charge-sheet. It is alleged by the prosecution that the applicant has committed rape on a girl aged 4 years. The applicant is real uncle of the said girl.

After scrutiny of the charge-sheet when the Court was about to dismiss the application for bail, Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since application is withdrawn by the learned counsel for the applicant the Court is not detailing the prosecution case and Court's comment on the case of the prosecution.
