JANUARY 28, 2025 By present application, the applicant/ petitioner is seeking to condone delay in filing revision against order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), thereby refusing to register the writ petition for non-removal of office objections.
2] The learned Counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents submits that he has no serious objection. 3] In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO. 22352 OF 2023 IN WRIT PETITION ST. NO. 2081 OF 2023 5] By present application, the applicant/ petitioner is seeking to restore Writ Petition Stamp No. 2081/2023 by setting aside order dated 19/6/2023
8-CAO-82-2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), by which registration of petition was refused for non-removal of office objections.
6] The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that if the petition is restored, he will remove office objections within seven working days from today. 7] On the basis of assurance so given and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Writ Petition Stamp No. 2081/2023 is restored on file. The petitioner shall remove office objections within seven working days from today, failing which order of refusal to register the petition passed by the Registrar (Judicial) shall stand restored without further reference to the Court. If office objections are removed, the Registry to process in accordance with Rules.
