and Registrar's Orders.
Mr. R. K. Borkar, Advocate for petitioner.
Mr. A. K. Bangadkar, A.P.P. for respondent-State. CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATE :
JUNE 26, 2015.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Perused the impugned order.
Impugned order was passed under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C. and upheld by the order passed by the revisional Court. I think there is no reason to interfere in the concurrent finding of fact. At any rate, the order was not to keep firewood on the septic tank of the respondent. The petitioner had already filed civil suit in the civil court. That being so, following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Writ Petition No.1040/2014 is not entertained and is disposed of with a direction that the impugned order shall remain subject to the result of the civil suit.
