At the outset, Shri U. J. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application in order to enable the applicant to file application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the First Information Report i.e. Crime No.294/2014 registered with the Police Station - Civil Lines, Akola in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola dated 13.08.2014.

The prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of with a liberty to the applicant to file proceedings under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as prayed for.

It is made clear that the case of the applicant was not heard on its own merits today by this Court.
