Mr.A.M.Quazi, Advocate for respondent no.2.
CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N.DESHMUKH, JJ.
DATED : MARCH 31, 2016.
Heard for some time.
The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that even if view taken at Bombay and Aurangabad on one hand and view taken at Nagpur on other hand is looked into, the petitioner remains entitled to issuance of LOI.
In view of this statement, Shri Naik submits that the grievance of petitioner stands redressed. In view of this, it is apparent that order quashing LOI issued to petitioner dated 13th of April, 2015 cannot survive. Accordingly, same is set aside and the LOI dated 29th of September, 2014 at Annexure 'F' with Writ Petition is restored.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
No costs.
JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
