Heard Shri U.J. Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioners, Ms. P. Rane, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1 and 4, and Shri B.N. Jaipurkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

On 09.06.2016 this Court has in absence of Shri Jaipurkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3, after hearing the learned respective counsel, directed Zilla Parishad to deposit 50% of the salary payable to the petitioners for the period from March, 2011 till date.

Today, upon instructions Shri Jaipurkar,

Order 2906wp6806.15 learned Counsel informs that all salaries of petitioners will be cleared within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of this statement, in peculiar facts, we grant respondent no.2 Zilla Parishad, time of four weeks from today to clear the salary arrears of petitioners.

Request of petitioners for grant of interest on belated payment shall be looked into by the Chief Executive Officer of respondent no.2 Zilla Parishad, after above payment is made to petitioners, within further three months. Writ Petition is thus, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.

All pending Civil Applications are also disposed of.
