This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned Junior Counsel for the applicant. Perused the investigation papers, therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

Considering the CA reports are yet to be received and the evidence collected by the Investigating Officer that the cloths of the present applicant as well as other co-accused are forwarded to Chemical Analysis. 4.

In view of that, liberty is granted to the applicant to prefer an application after receipt of the CA report.

Hence, learned Counsel is permitted to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
