By this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the showcause notices, dated 15.7.2016 and 29.9.2016, issued by the Recovery Officer, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, under sections 8-B to 8-G of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

Instead of availing the alternate remedy available to the petitioner, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. This Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition in view of the existence of an alternate remedy. The Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
