Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, who are the Original Claimants as well as the learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company. The application is filed for withdrawal of the amount of entire compensation along with the interest accrued thereon till date, by respondent nos.1 and 2 Claimants.

Admittedly, the appeal filed by the Insurance Company is dismissed on merit. Moreover, the learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company on instructions, submitted that the appellant is not intending to challenge the dismissal of the appeal. 3.

As such, the application is allowed and the respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount of entire compensation along with the accrued interest thereon till date, as per the apportionment done by the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, equally.
