This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition of which registration is refused for non removal of office objections. It is submitted that there is a delay of 15 days in filing the application for restoration which occurred since the petitioner was not aware about the dismissal order. It is submitted that the delay is unintentional and the same be condoned so that the petition can be restored.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, delay of 15 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 3000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the High Court Bar Association Library at Nagpur within two weeks from today.

Application is allowed and disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from today.
