The petitioner in this matter, is praying for direction to the respondents to lodge First Information Report against Manohar Shende and all unlawful persons under Section 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 454, 457, 504, 506, 380 and 354 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
