We find from the record that the proceedings are pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Buldhana since the year 2014.

In these facts leave is granted to the petitioner to make a request to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Buldhana to expeditiously conclude the trial. If such application is made, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Buldhana shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. With these directions, the criminal writ petition is disposed of.
