This application was filed on 25th November, 2016 praying that the appeal be taken up for hearing as the appellant as in jail.

By order dated 26th April, 2017 passed on Criminal Application (APPA) No.208/2017 this Court has suspended the sentence and has directed that the applicant be released on bail. In view of this subsequent development and as the appeals of earlier years are pending, prayer for grant of early hearing cannot be considered. The criminal application is dismissed. JUDGE Tambaskar.
