1] Heard the learned Counsel for respective parties. 2] We have perused additional affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.2.

3] We accept the statements made therein, particularly in paragraph nos. 3 & 4 as statements made to this Court. 4] It, therefore, shows that unauthorized religious structures are all demolished. In so far as 90 religious structures found constructed prior to 29.9.2009 are concerned, steps as per G.R. dated 5.5.2011 are already initiated.

5] In view of these developments, we direct the respondent no.2 Municipal Corporation to complete this exercise of

27.9PIL.32.15 categorization within next six months and to proceed further as per law.

6] With these directions and with liberty to petitioners to approach again if any cause of action arises, we dispose of this P.I.L.
