The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not paid the amount of Rs.25,000/- alongwith interest as directed by this Court in the judgment given in Writ Petition No.3392 of 2013 on 11-02-2014. In response to the show cause notice issued by this Court, the respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit pointing out that the amount of Rs.26,298/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No.256435 dated 27-01-2015. Shri D.A. Sonawane, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the amount has been received by the petitioner.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
