Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the Petition. In this Petition, the Petitioners are challenged the Government Resolution(GR) dated 15/03/2024 issued by the Respondent No.1 and also the staffing pattern issued for the year 2024-25 for the schools run by the Petitioners, pursuant to the GR dated 15/03/2024. This Court vide order dated 21st May, 2025 directed to maintain status quo with respect to employees of the Petitioners. It is submitted that the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola by way of a Communication dated 24/09/2025(Annexure-A3) directed to submit an

2 930-WP No.2726.2025 information about vacant and excess teaching/non teaching employees pursuant to the said staffing pattern. 3.

It is contention of the Petitioners that inspite of status quo order, the said communication is issued by the Education Officer. The Petitioners seek amendment to place on record this subsequent event and also consequential prayer clause to be added.

For the reasons stated in the application, permission is granted to amend the Petition. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

The impugned Communication dated 24/09/2025 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola is required to be stayed till the decision of this Petition. In fact, the status quo is already there, however, in view of the communication it is necessary to stay the effect of that communication.

As such, till the decision of Writ Petition, there shall be stay as regard to the impugned communication dated 24/09/2025. The civil application stands disposed of. 7.

List the matter on 06/11/2025.
