Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a fair statement that an appeal is pending before the Collector, Wardha, and same has not been decided, in which the auction sale has been challenged.

In view of the contention that appeal is pending before the Collector, we direct the respondent - Collector to decide the appeal within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
