Considering the short issue involved, notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 is made returnable forthwith. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the said respondents. Service on respondent No.6 is dispensed with. 2.

Pursuant to liberty granted by this Court in Writ Petition No. 752/2020 (page 67 of the writ petition) vide its order dated 31/01/2023, the petitioner has sought to rely upon additional documents vide representation dated 25/02/2023 for consideration of part-time service as regular service. This is in view of the Government Resolution dated 10/06/2005. This representation dated 25/02/2023 is pending with the respondent No.2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25/02/2023 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from receipt of copy of this order.
