The grievance is to the order dated 14.02.2024 which is ad-interim in nature is not executed by the subordinate Revenue Officers.

We see no reasons to cause interference particularly when the main proceedings are pending. 4.

That being so, we direct that Revision No. 200/ RTS-64/2023 be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
