DATED : NOVEMBER 28, 2019 Heard Mr. Ali, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Ghurde, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. Also perused entire charge-sheet placed on record. When Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant be permitted to withdraw present application. He submits that applicant is arrested on 21.04.2018 and since then he is in jail. He further submits that Sessions Trial No.24/2018, which is pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur, be expedited.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the applicant is in jail, he is an under trial prisoner. Hence, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur is directed to try and dispose of Sessions Trial No.24/2018, in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
