DATED : 07-10-2024 The purpose of filing petition will be served, if respondent no. 2 is directed to accept the filing of appeal under Section 7(I) of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, keeping all objections, including objection of limitation, open. Order accordingly. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 9-11-2023 shall continue to operate till 24-10-2024, by which time, the petitioners should file appeal. Ad-interim relief shall stand vacated on 24-10-2024 without further reference to this Court. Granting of subsequent interim relief or ad-interim relief may be considered by respondent no. 2 on its own merit, if appeal is filed and order on interim relief is sought.
