We have also perused copy of charge-sheet available with the learned A.P.P. In the light of the material seen, we find that some disputed questions arise which cannot be looked into effectively in this jurisdiction.

In this situation, with liberty to applicants to move appropriate application before the trial Court after charge sheet is filed, and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present application. No costs.
