DATED : DECEMBER 03, 2019 This is an application for regular bail after filing of the charge-sheet. After filing of the charge-sheet, application for regular bail was moved before the Court below, said application was rejected. Thereafter, applicant approached to this Court by filing Criminal Application (BA) No.819/2019. The said application was considered on 13.09.2019. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. S.K. Wankhade and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. M.J. Khan and after perusing the chargesheet, when the Court was not inclined to grant bail in favour of the applicant, Mr. Wankhade, learned counsel for applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw application. Therefore, the application was dismissed as withdrawn. After dismissal of the said application, present application is filed. Applicant is entitled to file successive bail applications. However, while filing of any successive bail application, applicant must show change in the

ba1046.19.odt circumstance. No change in circumstance is pointed out to this Court by applicant while considering the present application.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to allow this application. The application is therefore dismissed. JUDGE srwagh
