It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that without following the procedure prescribed by Rule 6 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964, the services of the petitioner have been terminated. The respondent No.2 has dismissed the appeal without considering aforesaid aspect.
