By this application, respondent No.1 is seeking direction to Nazir to allow respondent No.1 to withdraw the compensation amount.

As per the contention of respondent No.1, his name is Devidas Buchaji Pawar. However, it is inadvertently mentioned as Devidas Budhaji Pawar, and therefore Nazir has not allowed the respondent No.1 to withdraw the compensation. The respondent No.1 has also filed an affidavit to that extent and contended that he is the same person whose name is inadvertently recorded as Devidas Budhaji Pawar instead of Devidas Buchaji Pawar.

In view of the said affidavit, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount. Nazir to
