The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent no.3 by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect by next date. 5.

The petitioner shall remove office objections within two weeks from today. Failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Legal Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
