Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to her, before the expiry of petitioner's mining lease, the petitioner has applied for renewal of same, vide application dated 01.09.2023. The learned counsel has also relied upon the judgment dated 15.06.2023 passed in Writ petition No.3604/2023.

According to her, grievance of the petitioner would be readdressed if the respondents/authorities are directed to consider his renewal application in the light of order passed in Writ Petition No.3249/2020.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondents/authorities to consider request of the petitioner for renewal of lease in the light of order dated 15.09.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.3249/2020 within four weeks from today. The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before concerned authority, within one week from today.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
