Heard Ms. Sukhada Tatawawadi, Advocate holding for Shri K.V. Kotwal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rode, learned AGP for respondent No.1 and Shri Giripunje, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The petitioners seek amendment because of information gathered subsequently under Right to Information Act.

Shri Giripunje, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 is seeking time to file reply opposing the amendment. The learned AGP is also opposing amendment.

However, merits of the amendment are not relevant at this stage. The application is, therefore, granted. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Liberty to the respondents to raise all contentions are are open to them in law, by way of consequential amendment within next two weeks. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
