DATE : 19-04-2023 CAO No. 57/23 seeks condonation of 118 days in filing MCA St. No. 21093/22 and for setting aside the order dated 18-07-22, dismissing the Contempt Petition for want of prosecution.

Accepting the reasons stated therein, the delay is condoned, however at a cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

For the same reason, the MCA St.No. 21093/2022 is allowed and the order dated 18-7-22 is set aside. 4.

As it is contended that there is no compliance of order against which contempt is alleged, the Contempt Petition No.161/ 19 is restored.
