The petitioner has approached this Court with grievance that the respondents have not taken cognizance of his complaint dated 1-8-2023.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that cognizance has been taken and First Information Report has been lodged on 19-12-2023 vide Crime No. 583/2023. Thus, the purpose of filing petition is served. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
