Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though his lease has expired yet he has preferred an application for extension of lease. He has drawn our attention to page 51 i.e. an application dated 19.8.2025.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent authorities to decide the application within eight weeks from today. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
