Shri A.P. Kalmegh, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has tendered reply-affidavit across the bar along with communication dated 30/03/2022, which is in reference to the original order of promotion dated 27/04/2015 and in which a statement is made that the pay-scale of the petitioner stands corrected as indicated therein, which obviously relates back to the order of promotion dated 27/04/2015. 2.

That being the position, Shri S.M. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, makes a statement that the grievance, as raised in Civil Application No.45/2023
