Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, though his mining lease has expired, he has applied for renewal of it. He submits that his grievance would be redressed, if respondents authorities are directed to decide his application for renewal, dated 19.08.2025, in light of order dated 15.09.2022, passed in Writ Petition No. 3249/2020.

In that view of the matter, respondents authorities are directed to decide the application made by the petitioner dated 19.08.2025, in light of order dated 15.09.2022, passed in Writ Petition No. 3249/2020, within eight weeks from today. 3.
