The offence in present crime is one of most heinous crimes. The applicant who is a teacher has sexually assaulted four students aged about 9, 10 and 11 years. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing the application, Mr. Sambre, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the present application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, this Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why the Court is dismissing the application. JUDGE srwagh
