At the outset, he has invited our attention to the communication (page 35), issued by the Deputy Commissioner, (Revenue), Nagpur Division, Nagpur in favour of the Collector, Chandrapur on 28.02.2024. 3.

He requests to this Court to direct the Collector, Chandrapur to act upon the communication dated 28.02.2024.

In that view of the matter, we direct the Collector, Chandrapur to act upon the above mentioned communication dated 28.02.2024, within 10 weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
