There is no dispute that the petitioner has been absorbed. The only question remains regarding the payment of salary from the duration, for which, the petitioner was declared as a surplus and subsequent absorption. It is contended that the issue was being considered by respondent, which is incomplete.

In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate, if the respondent considers the issue of payment of salary of the petitioner for the aforesaid duration and decide the matter according to law. The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the matter regarding the payment of salary of the petitioner from the date of being declared as surplus till the date of absorption. The petitioner as well as respondent No.5 shall appear before the respondent No.1 on 09/12/2025. The respondent No.1 shall decide the issue within a period of three weeks thereafter. The petitioner shall supply a copy of the application to the Management before 09/12/2025.
