This is an application for condonation of delay of 147 days in filing Family Court Appeal.

Learned counsel for non-applicant strenuously opposed application stating that no sufficient ground is mentioned in the application for condonation of delay. 4.

For the reasons set out in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the application, delay is condoned.

2 59 cao 403.24 notice. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay to impugned judgment and decree of divorce passed by Family Court, Bhandara in petition No. A-131/2021, dated 14.03.2023. 3.

Since the matter arises out of matrimonial dispute, by consent, the same is referred to mediation. 4.

Mr. J. J. Chandurkar, learned Advocate is requested to mediate in the matter.

Both the parties shall appear before learned Mediator on 18.02.2025.

6.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit report within a period of eight weeks from the date of first appearance of the parties.

7.

Stand over after eight weeks.
