In this case, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail on the ground that in the proceedings filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act NonBailable Warrant was issued by the trial Court and on three occasions when the application was moved for taking the case on board along with an application for cancellation of the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the applicant, the trial Court has rejected the application for taking the case on board.

Considering the grievance, the trial Court is directed to decide the application of the applicant for cancellation of the Non-Bailable Warrant, within one week from today.

In the meantime, the respondent is directed not to arrest the applicant.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
