01] By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 477 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

02] Shri S.V. Ingole, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 477 days. In the light of the said statement, learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection for condoning the delay. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
